Plug your usb into your computer and open it with modio and extract your original fallout 3 gamesave ( save it to your desk top 4. Open your original gamesave and the downloaded gamesave. 5.Put both gamesave side by side 6.Looking at your original gamesave copy the Profile ID, and the Device ID to the downloaded one and rehash and resign it 7. Then open your USB back up and inject the downloaded file in to it and replace or delete the original one 8. Then plug it in to your xbox and move it back to your harddrive and go play and enjoy.. :)
